- Plan your 50-inch fireplace wall: Choose recessed or wall-mounted installation. Overall dimensions are 50 W x 15.7 H x 4.7 D inches; the specified recessed opening is 49.3 W x 15.3 H x 4.5 D inches. Review the installation guide and required clearances before preparing the wall.
- Heating around your routine: Set a 0.5-9-hour countdown or program the seven-day heating schedule, with one on/off heating period per day. Use the schedule to match your daily routine and the countdown for a single session.
- Change the look of your room: Choose from 12 flame colors and five brightness levels. The included log set and crystal media give you two decorative looks, and the flame display works without heat for year-round ambiance.
- Supplemental warmth when needed: Select low or high heat, with output up to 1500W, and choose thermostat settings from 60-84 degrees F. Use the fireplace to supplement your primary heating system, or turn the heater off while enjoying the flames.

Return policy
30-day returns.
If it's not right for the room, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery, and Porchelle will email you return instructions. Change-of-mind returns must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging. There is no restocking fee. Depending on the item's packaged size and weight and how it needs to be collected, a change-of-mind return may have a return shipping or pickup cost. We only deduct the actual cost: we tell you the exact amount and get your OK before arranging a paid return, and if there is no cost, nothing is deducted. Returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items are free.
