About this item
- Plug in and Go: Set the logs inside your existing fireplace and plug them into a standard household outlet. The flames and heat are ready to use with no tools, venting, or gas line involved.
- Three Widths: Available in 20", 23", and 27" sizes. The 20" measures 20.5" W x 12.6" H x 8.6" D, the 23" measures 23" W x 13.15" H x 9.33" D, and the 27" measures 26.97" W x 13.1" H x 9.1" D, so measure your opening before ordering.
- Realistic Logs: Each log is hand-molded and individually painted, and the multilayered LED flames flicker behind the grate with visible depth. To change the flame size and definition, slide the set closer to or farther from the back wall.
- Heat by Size: The 23" and 27" use 1,500 W infrared heat with a thermostat adjustable up to 99°F, while the 20" uses a 1,400 W fan-forced heater. Each provides supplemental warmth for rooms up to 400 sq. ft., and the exterior stays cool to the touch during operation.
- Flame and Sound Settings: The 23" and 27" offer 3 flame colors, 5 flame speeds, 5 brightness levels, and a crackling sound option. The 20" has 1 flame color and 3 flame speeds. Every size includes a remote and can run the flames without heat.

Return policy
30-day returns.
If it's not right for the room, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery, and Porchelle will email you return instructions. Change-of-mind returns must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging. There is no restocking fee. Depending on the item's packaged size and weight and how it needs to be collected, a change-of-mind return may have a return shipping or pickup cost. We only deduct the actual cost: we tell you the exact amount and get your OK before arranging a paid return, and if there is no cost, nothing is deducted. Returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items are free.
