NOTE: The glow-in-the-dark caps on the pole tips are soft and can't support a tarp that is too heavy, so it is recommended that you use the pole tips to go through the tent grommets and then use the cap tips to secure the tent.

30-day returns.

If it's not right for the room, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery, and Porchelle will email you return instructions. Change-of-mind returns must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging. There is no restocking fee. Depending on the item's packaged size and weight and how it needs to be collected, a change-of-mind return may have a return shipping or pickup cost. We only deduct the actual cost: we tell you the exact amount and get your OK before arranging a paid return, and if there is no cost, nothing is deducted. Returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items are free.
